Isabella’s Helping Hands
Isabella studies in a school for the Deaf. Her friends call her Bella, which means “beautiful.” Her friends also call her a peacemaker. When classmates get angry or upset, Bella helps them calm down.
One time Bella’s mother made dinner for the missionaries. Everyone enjoyed the food. But Grandpa couldn’t eat. He had been sick, and he was too weak to feed himself. “I’ll feed you, Grandpa,” Bella said. She brought the spoon to his mouth over and over again. Then Grandpa enjoyed the dinner.
