Elijah and the Still, Small Voice

Elijah was a prophet. He wanted to hear God’s voice. He went to a mountain to hear God’s voice better.
There was a strong wind. It was so strong that it broke rocks. The wind was loud. But it was not God’s voice.
Next there was an earthquake. The earth shook. There was a fire too. It had big flames. But the earthquake and the fire were not God’s voice.
Then it was quiet. Elijah heard God’s voice. It was still and small. But it was clear.
I can hear God’s voice by listening to the Holy Ghost. He speaks to me in small and simple ways.
