Episode 41: So Long Submerged
R. Eric Smith is the editorial manager for Church History Department publications. Eric is also a general editor of the Joseph Smith Papers. In this week’s episode Eric discusses how Joseph F. Smith struggled to uphold the law and still care for the well-being of his plural wives and children. After Joseph F. Smith received a presidential pardon, he gave his first address in the Salt Lake Tabernacle following seven years of living on the underground.
