The Wise Men

Wise Men, who lived in other lands, knew what the prophets had said about the birth of Jesus. When they saw a new star in the sky, they knew Jesus was born. Matt. 2:1–2

Knowing that Jesus would be king, the Wise Men went to see King Herod in Jerusalem and asked him where the new king was. Herod told them they would find Jesus in Bethlehem. Matt. 2:1–2, 8

The Wise Men went there and found Jesus. They knelt and worshiped Him and gave Him gifts. Then they went home. Matt. 2:11–12
