Family Home Evening Ideas

This issue contains articles and activities that could be used for family home evening. The following are two ideas.

“Banana Bread Missionaries,” page 54: Consider making banana bread with your family (or any other treat your family enjoys) and delivering it to people your family feels inspired to share the gospel with. You can share the same message that the banana bread missionaries do, extend an invitation to a Church activity, or attach a pass-along card.

“Wholesome Activities Will Strengthen My Family,” page 74: Think about having some “kids’ choice” family home evenings this month. The children can choose the activities, lessons, and topics that are most interesting to them and take turns being in charge. Encourage each child to consider the needs of other family members when choosing the activities and lessons.
