Church Celebrates 2024 National Family Week with #BFF

Stakes and districts all over the Philippines are once again set to join the nation in celebrating the 32nd National Family Week. For the sixth consecutive year, the Church theme for the celebration is #BFF or Building Forever Families.

Church units are expected to emphasize the principles found in “The Family: A Proclamation to the World” in fun activities that will also involve community partners who are not of our faith. A week’s worth of family-focused content will be published online in “#BFF FamCon (Family Conversations)” featuring celebrity couple Erick “Eruption” and Rhona Tai with actress Xia Vigor.

“The Area Presidency is eagerly anticipating this year’s celebration of Family Week,” shares Elder Carlos G. Revillo, Philippines Area President. “May we use this occasion to build forever families by following the invitation of our Savior Jesus Christ to be peacemakers. Nelson has asked us to lay aside contention, anger, bitterness, hostility and end conflicts that are raging in our hearts, our home and our life. Let us choose to be peacemakers.
