The priesthood is the power and authority of God given to His servants on earth and is used to bless all His children, both women and men. Worthy males ages 11 and older can receive the Aaronic Priesthood within a week of the member’s confirmation. As they progress along the covenant path, worthy men can receive the Melchizedek Priesthood.
