People Are a Lot Like Rocks
Take a close look at a rock—any old rock will do. Got your rock? Good, now examine it. Check out its color and texture. What do you see? An ordinary, not-good-for-much, round rock. Don’t throw it away. It could be a geode or even an agate. You’ll never know what a rock is really like until you open it up, look inside, and maybe do a little polishing.
People are a lot like rocks. You never know what they are really like until you look inside. Just like in a rock, the true beauty in people is often hidden.
