To Know God and the Savior

See what it means to obtain eternal life.

And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

Life eternal

• Means to live with God and become like Him.

• Is a gift God offers His children through the Atonement of Jesus Christ.

• Requires our obedience to God’s laws, including the saving ordinances of the gospel.

Whom thou hast sent

Know God and Jesus Christ

“On a future day, ‘every knee shall bow, and every tongue confess’ that Jesus is the Christ. On that blessed day, we will know He knows each of us by name. And I witness and promise we can not only know about the Lord but also come to know Him as we exercise faith in, follow, serve, and believe Him.”
