Introduction
Over the years, many items have been added to Leader and Clerk Resources, making it difficult for leaders to find what they were looking for when navigating the menu. This new menu structure is a result of information learned through direct feedback and research.
Updated Menu Tabs
New Menu Section | Previous Menu Section | What You’ll Find under It |
| Confidential | Membership Menu | This menu section is only available to stake presidents, bishops, and clerks. It contains information to assist leaders with membership councils and in making requests to the First Presidency. |
| Ministering and Welfare | Ministering and Other Menus | This menu section includes links and reports to manage ministering assignments and interviews. It also has resources to help leaders provide for the temporal needs of their members. |
| Missionary | Applications Menu | This menu section provides links to missionary recommendation and training applications as well as missionary reports. |
| Temple and Family History | Membership Menu | This menu section provides links to issue and activate temple recommends, recommend temple workers, and view temple and family history reports. |
| Unit Information | Applications and Other Menus | This menu section provides links to the boundary proposal application and tools to order materials. It also provides tools to adjust unit settings such as meeting times and unit abbreviations. |
*The “Applications” and “Other” menu tabs have been discontinued, and the menu items have been distributed into the appropriate categories. For example, “Recommend Temple Workers” is now in the “Temple” menu.
Search
You can also search to quickly find menu items. On the top of each page in Leader and Clerk Resources, there is a search box that allows you to perform a search for members in your stake or ward as well as any menu item. Doing this is a great way to find the specific screen or report you are looking for. For example, if you type in “attendance,” you will see items like the Class and Quorum Attendance report.
