Today we have another set of yoga exercises for you (see the video above)—PLUS a bonus exercise called meditation. Meditation is a practice of mindfulness, and it goes hand in hand with yoga.
A former prophet named President David O. McKay once described meditation as “the language of the soul. It is defined as ‘a form of private devotion, or spiritual exercise, consisting in deep, continued reflection on some religious theme.’ Meditation is a form of prayer.”1
