Here’s what to add next.

This month we are doing a Book of Mormon exercise challenge together!

We started with squats and added pushups.

Now it’s time for Challenge #3:

  • As you read Alma 32–35, continue doing 2 squats for “Lamanite” and 1 pushup for “Alma.”
  • Also do 3 jumping jacks every time read “word.”
  • Why do you think Heavenly Father tells us to read the scriptures regularly?
