Grilled Pineapple

Grilled Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, cut into rings
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)

Directions

  1. Whisk together honey and lime juice.
  2. Brush each pineapple ring with the mixture.
  3. Grease a skillet and warm to medium heat.
  4. Cook pineapple about 3 minutes each side, until brown and caramelized.
  5. Sprinkle with coconut if you want.
