This exercise can help strengthen your legs and joints.

We are filled with hundreds of muscles, all working together to help us enjoy life and learn what we need to. Exercising is an important way we take care of our body.

Here’s how to do a squat, which is a fundamental part of many exercise routines:

  1. Stand with your feet apart. Put your arms out in front of you.
  2. Lower your hips as if you are sitting down.
  3. Keep your back straight and your weight on your heels.
  4. Stand up slowly again.

Tip: You may want to raise your heels as you squat down. But make sure to keep your heels down and rest your weight there instead of at the front of your feet.

Physical Goals

What physical fitness goals are you working on? Maybe now would be a good time to check your progress!
