Press toward the Mark

Paul explained that his greatest desire was to be worthy of the resurrection of the just. He had no illusions in thinking that he was already perfect, and he called us all to "press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Jesus Christ," as we become perfected. We, as human beings, can be perfected in Christ in spite of our many imperfections because of His great atonement.
