Attributes
QName Type Use Annotation
data-subtype data-subtype--zip optional
src restriction of xs:string required
The src attribute must contain a valid non-empty URL potentially surrounded by spaces referencing a non-interactive, optionally animated, image resource that is neither paged nor scripted.
type restriction of xs:string optional
The type attribute gives the type of media resource, to help the user agent determine if it can play this media resource before fetching it. If specified, its value must be a valid MIME type. The codecs parameter, which certain MIME types define, might be necessary to specify exactly how the resource is encoded. Additional parameters for downstream processing may also be added.

Facets
enumeration text/vtt
The WebVTT format is designed to provide subtitles or captions for video content, chapters for content navigation, text video descriptions, and any other metadata aligned with audio or video content.
enumeration image/jpeg
A JPEG file is an image saved in a compressed graphic format standardized by the Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG).
enumeration audio/mpeg
MP3 is a coding format for digital audio. Originally defined as the third audio format of the MPEG-1 standard, it was retained and further extended (defining additional bit-rates and support for more audio channels) as the third audio format of the subsequent MPEG-2 standard.
enumeration audio/mp4
MP4 is a digital multimedia container format most commonly used to store video and audio, but it can also be used to store other data such as subtitles and still images.
enumeration audio/x-aac
Advanced Audio Coding (AAC) is an audio coding standard for lossy digital audio compression. Designed to be the successor of the MP3 format, AAC generally achieves better sound quality than MP3 at the same bit rate.
enumeration audio/m4b
M4B is an extension used for audiobooks based on the MPEG-4 container format. It is nearly identical to an .M4A file, but is denoted as an audiobook and can be "bookmarked" by supporting audio players.
enumeration video/mp4
MP4 is a digital multimedia container format most commonly used to store video and audio, but it can also be used to store other data such as subtitles and still images.
enumeration application/zip
ZIP is an archive file format that supports lossless data compression. A ZIP file may contain one or more files or directories that may have been compressed.
enumeration video/x-ms-wmv
Windows Media High Definition Video (WMV HD) is the marketing name for high definition videos encoded using Microsoft Windows Media Video 9 codecs. These low-complexity codecs make it possible to watch high definition movies in 1280×720 (720p) or 1920×1080 (1080p) resolutions on many modern personal computers running Microsoft Windows XP or Windows Vista, although the hardware requirements are steep.
enumeration application/pdf
A PDF file encapsulates a complete description of a fixed-layout flat document, including the text, fonts, vector graphics, raster images and other information needed to display it. PDF was standardized as an open format, ISO 32000, in 2008, and no longer requires any royalties for its implementation.
enumeration application/epub+zip
An EPUB file is a group of files that conform to the OPS/OPF standards and are wrapped in a ZIP file. The OCF specifies how to organize these files in the ZIP.
enumeration application/x-mobipocket-ebook
The Mobipocket e-book format is based on the Open eBook standard using XHTML and can include JavaScript and frames. It also supports native SQL queries to be used with embedded databases.
enumeration application/x-zip-compressed
ZIP is an archive file format that supports lossless data compression. A ZIP file may contain one or more files or directories that may have been compressed.
enumeration application/octet-stream
The octet-stream type is used to indicate that a file contains arbitrary binary data. It is used as a fallback for files that aren't associated with any other mime type.
enumeration mp3
MP3 is a coding format for digital audio. Originally defined as the third audio format of the MPEG-1 standard, it was retained and further extended—defining additional bit-rates and support for more audio channels—as the third audio format of the subsequent MPEG-2 standard.

enumeration daisy
DAISY (Digital Accessible Information SYstem) is a technical standard for digital audiobooks, periodicals and computerized text. DAISY is designed to be a complete audio substitute for print material and is specifically designed for use by people with "print disabilities", including blindness, impaired vision, and dyslexia.

enumeration braille
BRF (Digital Braille) are Grade II Braille Ready Format files -- a widely recognized form of contracted Braille. The files can be used with common Braille reading devices or Braille printers.
