publicationID attribute values are always in english. Sections that serve as the document (root) element should have both attributes type and title on element publicationID. Sections that contain montly First Presidency and Visiting Teaching messages for languages not receiving a Liahona magazine should additionally have attributes month and year on publicationID.
The Word-to-XML conversion hotfolder processing will attempt to generate attributes and attribute values for publicationID. Editors should carefully inspect publicationID attribute values once instantiated; once set and committed to the SSR, they may not be changed over the life of a file.
