Community Volunteer

No matter how big or busy the world gets, one person can still make a difference. Donna Kneeland, of the Lewisville Second Ward, Lewisville Texas Stake, has become known as a contributor to her community because of her vigorous volunteer work in various organizations. In addition, she is a busy wife, mother of five, and Church worker, having served as counselor in the stake Young Women organization and as sports director.

“My supportive husband, Bruce, has enabled me to grow,” says Donna.

Because of her work with PTA as both a board member and a room mother; her help with municipal blood drives, elections, and the charter review board; and her efforts to organize recognition dinners for local employees and officials, the Jaycees named her Citizen of the Year for 1990.—Jo Reese, Lewisville, Texas
