Conversion

The faith and perseverance that the converted sons of Mosiah showed in sharing the gospel made it possible for many Lamanites to be converted.

Articles

  • Converted unto the Lord.” In this general conference address, Elder David A. Bednar of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles teaches us how conversion is an ongoing process in our lives that happens as we strive to be a better disciple of Jesus Christ.

Abish

Abish is one of the few named women in the Book of Mormon. She had been converted years before Ammon came to teach among the Lamanites. In gathering the people together to witness the power of God and reaching out her hand to the queen, she played a crucial role in the conversion of many of King Lamoni’s people.
