Christ’s Church Called in His Name

The twelve Nephite disciples asked Jesus Christ what the name of the Church should be because people had differing opinions. Christ replied that just as we are all commanded to take His name upon us, His Church should likewise be called in His name (see 3 Nephi 27:5–7). Why is the name of the Church so important?

Conversion Brings Unity and Happiness

After Christ’s visit to the Americas, all the people were converted to Him and His gospel (see 4 Nephi 1:2). A unified and joyous community was created as everyone lived the gospel and followed Christ.
