Someone special left today
To enter heaven’s throne.
His faith in God was very strong;
We considered him our own.

All the many children
Who have seen and felt his love
Will miss him but won’t worry
For they’ll see him up above.

He was happy to serve the Lord
In every way he could.
And one way we can please him
Is to do the things we should.
