Traveling in Denmark
Denmark is a country built on islands in the sea,
So trolley cars don’t run from Kolding to Odense.
Ferries transport trains across the narrow waterways,
And steamboats go between the islands, warm or wintry days.
But special lanes are made for bikes of asphalt or of gravel,
Since that’s the way most Danish people really like to travel.
