Jesus Christ Names His Church

1 Joseph Smith was in Far West, Missouri, when the Lord told him that the Church was to be called The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

2 It was to be called that because it is His church, and it is to help us, the Saints living in the last (latter) days. It is the only true church on the earth.
