“Ice-Cube-Tray Sherbet,” Friend, July 1989, 33
Ice-Cube-Tray Sherbet
1 banana, mashed
1 cup mashed strawberries, pineapple, peaches, or other fruit
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 orange
1 cup sugar
1 cup light cream

Place all ingredients in large bowl, and beat with eggbeater until thoroughly blended.

Pour mixture into ice-cube tray, and freeze for 1 hour.

Remove tray from freezer, stir sherbet, and return to freezer.

Freeze until sherbet mixture becomes firm.
