Turkey Pinwheels
1 large flour tortilla
mayonnaise
lettuce
turkey slices
American cheese slices

Spread the tortilla with mayonnaise, then top it with lettuce, turkey, and cheese.

Roll up the tortilla, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap, and chill it at least two hours.

Trim off any uneven ends. Slice it to make pinwheels.
