Mouse Pencil

To make a mouse pencil, you will need: gray construction paper, a pencil, a ruler, scissors, a black pen, and glue.

1. Cut a 3″ (8 cm) square from the gray paper.

2. Fold the square in half diagonally.

3. Trace the ears onto the gray paper, then cut them out and glue them in place. With the black pen, draw eyes and feet on both sides of the mouse (see illustration).

4. Place the pencil inside the mouse along the fold line. Make sure the eraser end sticks out for the mouse’s nose before gluing the pencil in place.
