Homonyms Letter Square

Homonyms are words that sound alike but are spelled differently. (Examples: feet and feat, sleigh and slay.) Think of a homonym for each word below, then find your word in the letter square by reading forward, backward, down, up, and diagonally.

Note: Start with the longer words—though the same letter may be used in more than one word, no shorter word is entirely within a longer one. For example, if two was the given word, both to and too would be homonyms, but to would not be within too or root (reading root backward) if it were the homonym for route.
