Leaf Art
You will need: water, different kinds of fresh leaves, paper towels, pieces of pastel paper, a paintbrush, and watercolors.
-
Clean the leaves with water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
-
Decide what your leaf art is going to be. It could be decorated stationery, greeting cards, or a piece of artwork.
-
Paint just the back of a leaf. When it is completely covered, place it painted-side-down on the paper exactly where you want that design.
-
Carefully lay a paper towel over the leaf and press down, but do not rub. Remove the towel, slowly peel the leaf off the paper, then let the paint dry. Repeat the process with each leaf until you have completed your project.
