Snow Cream
1 can (12 ounces/340 g) evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
a big bowlful of snow

Mix the milk with the sugar and the vanilla.

Divide the mixture equally into small bowls, one for each person.

Stir snow into each bowl until the mixture is thick.

Eat right away!
