Peanut Butter Candy

2 cups confectioner’s sugar

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 tablespoons cocoa

3 tablespoons evaporated milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

extra confectioner’s sugar

  1. With very clean hands, mix the first five ingredients together well.

  2. Roll the dough into walnut-size balls, then roll the balls in a bowl of the extra confectioner’s sugar.
