Start a Prayer Journal

• Write down what you’re worried about or need help with.

• Talk to Heavenly Father about it in prayer.

• After you pray, quietly listen for the Holy Ghost.

• During the week, keep watching and listening for answers.

• Write down the answers you get.

I Always Pray

I pray when I feel happy.

I pray when I feel sad.

I pray when I am frightened

And when I’m hopping mad.

No matter how I’m feeling,

My Heavenly Father cares.

So if my day is bad or good,

I always say my prayers.
