Dekhrekh ko khushaal banana

Prem se dekhrekh kare se dono dene waale aur paane waale ko khushi milti hai.

Kabhikabhi i jiwan me hum long ke khushi ke khoj sake tredmill pe daude ke rakam lage. Hum long daudte rehta hai aur phir bhi ayse lage jaise hum long kahi nahin pahunchta. Kuch log ke liye, dusar ke dekhrekh karna sake lage ki aur kaam kare ke padi.

Lekin hum long ke Swarg ke Pita maange hum long khushi anubhav karo aur hum long ke batais “manushye hai, ki unhe khushi mile” (2 Nephi 2:25). Aur Uddhaarkarta sikhaais ki dusar ke dekhrekh ek bahut zaroori bhaag hai ki hum long kon rakam apan aur dusar long ke jiwan me khushi laata.

Khushi Konchi Hai?

Khushi ke aiseh bola jaawe “bahut sukh aur prasannta ka ek ehsaas.”1 Antim dinon ke profat long saaf tarah se batais hai ki khushi kahan se aawe aur kaise uske paaya jaawe. “Woh khushi jon hum long mehsoos karta bahut kam hum long ke jiwan ke paristithi seh taallukh rakkhe aur sab kutch jiwan ke dhyaan se taallukh rakkhe hai,” bolis Pradhaan Russell M. Nelson. “… Khushi [Ishu Masih] se aur unhi ke vajah se mile hai. Woh hi sab khushi ka srot hai.”2

Dekhrekh Kare Se Khushi Milta Hai

Jab Lehi ne us jiwan ke pedh ka phal khaya, uska aatma ko “bahut hi khushi mili” (1 Nephi 8:12) Uska pehla ichcha raha ki woh is phal ko unse baante jinse woh pyaar karta tha.

Hum long ke dekhrekh kare ke chaahat sake hum long ke aur dusar ke i rakam ke khushi dewe. Uddhaarkarta Apan chela long ke sikhaais ki Unse jude rahe se jo phal hum laate hai usse hamein madad milti hai bahut khushi paane me (dekhiye John 15:1-11). Uske kaam karna dusar ke sewa karke aur u long ke Uske paas laawe se ek khushi ka anubhav sake rehwe (dekhiye Luke 15:7; Alma 29:9; Doctrine and Covenants 18:16; 50:22) Hum long sakta i khushi virodh aur dukh ke samay bhi anubhav kare (dekhiye 2 Corinthians 7:4; Colossians 1:11).

Udhaarkarta hum long ke uttam udhaaran dikhaais ki maransheel jiwan ke sachcha khushi paawe ke sabse bada srot hai sewa karna. Jab hum long apan bhaaiyon aur bahano ke Uddhaarkarta ke rakam dekhrekh karta, apan dil me daya aur prem le ke, hum long sakta aisan khushi anubhav kare jon saadharan khushi se badhke hai.

Hum Long Kaise Sakta Dekhrekh ke Aur Khushaal Banawe?

Bahut rakam se sake hum long dekhrekh me badha khushi laawe. Yahan hai kuch tippaniyaan.

  1. Dekhrekh me apan iraada jaano. Bahut kaaran hai dekhrekh kare ke. Ant me hum logh ke koshishe chaahi Parmeshwar ke lakshye ke saath mel karo “manushye ki amaransheelta aur anant jiwan ko paar karana” (Moses 1:39). Jaise hum Pradhaan Russell M.   2. Dekhrekh manushye ke baare me hai na ki kaarye karne ke baare me. Pradhaan Thomas S. Monson aksar hum log ke yaad karata raha: “Kabhi samasya ko suljhana zyaada zaroori nahi banana jitna ki ek vyakti se prem karna.”5 Dekhrekh insaan se prem kare ke baare me hai, na ki konchi kaam kare ke hai ke baare me. Jab hum long Uddhaarkarta ke rakam pyaar kare ke sikhega, hum long aur khule taur se u khushi ke apnaaega jon dusar ke sewa kare se mile hai.

  3. Dekhrekh ko aasaan banao. Pradhaan M. Russell Ballard, Barah Devduton ke Korum ke Ekting Pradhaan, hum long ke batae hai: “Mahaan cheezein saral aur chote cheezon se shuru hote hai. … Hamare saral aur chote daya aur sewa ke kaarye se banega ek jiwan bhar ka pyaar Swarg ke Pita ke liye, Prabhu Ishu Masih ke kaarye ke liye shradha, aur har baar jab hum kisi ki madad karenge usse shaanti aur khushi ka ek ehsaas.”6

  4. Dekhrekh me se tanaav nikaal do. I aapke jimwaari nahi hai koi aur ke uddhaar dewaana. U toh wahi vyakti aur Uddhaarkarta ke beech me rahe hai. Hum long ke jimwaari yeh hai ki unse prem karo aur unko madad karo ki weh Ishu Masih ki or palte, jo unke Uddhaarkarta hai.

Sewa se Khushi Paana Mat Taalo

Kabhikabhi log asaani se zaroori madad nahin maang paate hai, isliye khud sewa ke balidaan dena hi sahi hoga. Par kisi pe dabao daalna bhi sahi nahi hai. Dekhrekh karne se pehle ijaazat lena sahi hoga.

Elda Dieter F. Uchtdorf joh Barah Devduton ka Korum ka hai ne bataya ek akeli ma ke baare me jis ke chikenpoks (maata) nikla raha—aur phir uske ladkan bhi bimaar hoi geis raha. Jo ghar pehle saaf rehta tha ab utna saaf aur sudhra nahi raha. Bartan aur maile kapdo ka gaanj lag ge raha.

Us waqt jab woh puri taur se bedam ho gai thi, Sahayak Sanstha ke bahene unke darwaze pe khatkhataai. U long nahi bolis, “Hum long ke batana agar madat ke zaroorat padhi.” Jab u long waha ke haalat dekhis, u long jaldi se jut gayi kaam me.

“Unhonne sab kuch saaf kiya, ghar me roshni aur safai laaya, aur ek dost ko fone kiya aur kaha ki kuch bhojan ke saamaan le aaye. Jab u long anth me kaam samaapt karis aur ek dusre se alvida lees, woh us jawaan maa ko rota chodh gaye—abhaar aur pyaar ke aansu me.”7

Dono dewe la long aur paawe la long ke khushi ke garmi mehsoos hois.

Apan Jiwan Me Khushi Ke Beej Bo

Jitna dher khushi, shanti, aur santosh ke beej hum long apan jiwan me boega, utna hi dher u long se baatega jab hum long dekhrekh karega. Khushi Pavitra Aatma ke zariye mile (dekhiye Galatians 5:22 aur Doctrine and Covenants 11:13). Is ke liye hum praarthna kar sakte hai (dekhiye Doctrine and Covenants 136:29) aur apan jiwan me amantrit kare sakta. Yahan pe kuch vichaar hai jisse hum long apan jiwan me khushi ke beej bowe paaega.

  1. Apan aashirwaad ko gino. Jab aap apan jiwan ke nirikshan karega, apan jenal me likhna u cheez ke naam jisse Prabhu aapke ashish deis hai.8 Apan sabhi taraf ke achchaai ke dekho.9 Dhyaan do kon cheez hai jisse aap khushi mehsoos nahi kar paata aur tarika long likho uske shaant kare me ya achcha se samjhe ke. I Easter ke avsar pe, samay nikaalo Uddhaarkarta ke sange aur gehra sambandh rakkhe ke (dekhiye Doctrine and Covenants 101:36).

  2. Mann-se-dhyaan kare ke koshish karo. Khushi sake aapke shaant dhyaan dewe la pal me zyaada aasaani se dhoondh lewe.10 Achchi tarah suno aapko kis cheez se khushi milti hai (dekhiye 1 Chronicles 16:15). Media se door samay bitane se dhyaan diya jaa sakta hai.11

  3. Apne aap ki tulna na kare. Yeh kaha gaya hai ki tulna ek chor ke jaisa hai jo khushi cheen leta hai. Paul ne chetaoni di ki jo “khud ko khud se hi toulte hai, apne aap me hi tulna karte hai, budhimaan nahi hote” (2 Corinthians 10:12).

  4. Niji praktikaran dhoondo. Uddhaarkarta ne sikhaya: “Agar aap maango ge, aapko praktikaran pe praktikaran milega, gyaan pe gyaan, taaki aap gupt baatein aur shaant baate jaan sako—woh jo khushi laata hai, woh jo anant jiwan laata hai” (Doctrine and Covenants 42:61).
