當我愛別人、教導他們且和他們一起學習時，我可以向聖靈學習。
在EnglishConnect，我們知道神是真正的教師，祂透過祂的聖靈教導我們。聖靈帶來喜樂、平安和愛的感覺。聖靈幫助我們了解真理，並可以增強我們的學習能力。我們邀請聖靈與我們同在的其中一種方法是一起愛、教導和學習。摩爾門經中的先知阿爾瑪負責教導人們。他把人們分成幾組，並為每組選出一名領袖。阿爾瑪教導他們：
「傳道的人並不優於聽道的人，教導的人也不優於學習的人；大家一律平等」（阿爾瑪書1：26）。
在EnglishConnect，我們相信教師和學員同樣重要。我們每個人都是教師也是學員，我們互相尊重、互相傾聽，我們彼此教導，我們彼此相愛並珍惜彼此。當別人成功時，我們可以祝賀他們；當他們犯錯時，我們可以鼓勵他們。我們也可以找到互相支持的方法，並規劃在一週內一起練習的時間。當我們學習彼此相愛和互相教導時，神會用祂的聖靈來祝福我們。
