「传道的人并不优于听道的人，教导的人也不优于学习的人；大家一律平等」（阿尔玛书1：26）。

在EnglishConnect，我们相信教师和学员同样重要。我们每个人都是教师也是学员，我们互相尊重、互相倾听，我们彼此教导，我们彼此相爱并珍惜彼此。当别人成功时，我们可以祝贺他们；当他们犯错时，我们可以鼓励他们。我们也可以找到互相支持的方法，并规划在一周内一起练习的时间。当我们学习彼此相爱和互相教导时，神会用祂的圣灵来祝福我们。
