Historic Preservation

All questions about placing Church-owned property or buildings on national or local historic preservation lists or registries should be directed to the facilities manager. He or she will start the process for consideration with the Area Presidency and the appropriate departments at Church headquarters. Two factors that will be considered include the cost to maintain the building and whether it is as meaningful outside of a small region or area.
