Stake Presidency, High Council, Stake Relief Society, and Other Stake Council Members

You will become a primary resource to these leaders for temple and family history efforts. You will help them work with members, including youth and children. Strive to build a relationship with them, and always offer help. High councilors, particularly those assigned to temple and family history work in the stake, will direct your work.

Members in Temple and Family History Callings

You will be a great resource for members who serve in temple and family history callings in the wards in your stake. Under the direction of the high councilor assigned to the ward, make yourself available to assist them.

Area Temple and Family History Adviser

These advisers are called to assist the stakes in one or more coordinating councils. As directed by the Area Presidency and Area Seventies, advisers help stake presidents fulfill their responsibilities for temple and family history work. Advisers assist stake presidents in their efforts to teach high councilors, stake Relief Society presidencies, stake adult leadership committees, and stake temple and family history consultants about their responsibilities.

They can be a big help to you as you seek to understand best practices and train ward temple and family history leaders and consultants.
