Op een dag liep Jezus door een drukke straat. Er was een vrouw in de menigte die al twaalf jaar ziek was.

De vrouw geloofde dat Jezus haar kon genezen. Ze stak haar arm uit en raakte zijn kleding aan. Ze was meteen genezen!

‘Wie heeft Mijn kleren aangeraakt?’ vroeg Jezus. De vrouw was bang. Ze knielde voor Jezus neer en vertelde Hem wat er was gebeurd.

Jezus was liefdevol. Hij zei: ‘Heb goede moed.’ Hij zei dat ze door haar geloof was genezen.

Ik kan geloof in Jezus Christus hebben. Zijn liefde kan me helpen en me vrede geven.
