In This Image
Lying in fragrant grass and watching the clouds play a game of tag.
Licking at an ice cream that I had spent my last quarter on,
Letting the sun begin to bake a summer tan,
Leaving behind a stack of texts and notebooks,
Lazily settling into the mood of summer.
Someday, when I become a goddess of my own world
I plan to create a day in this image.
