1. As brothers called to serve in Zion,
Each day we strive to do what’s right,
To fill our lives with love and goodness,
With mercy, truth, and light.

2. As humble followers of Jesus,
We love to share His gospel truth.
With eager hearts we’ll preach His message
While we are in our youth.

3. As faithful workers in the kingdom,
With gladness we will serve the Lord
And bring salvation to His children,
According to His word.

[Serve a Mission]

“When you received the priesthood, you took upon yourself the responsibility to serve a mission. Now, in order to serve a mission, there are a lot of things you have to do. You have to be worthy in every respect. You have to prepare. You have to study the scriptures.

“But I promise you that if you will prepare yourself, if you will keep the Lord’s commandments, and if you will serve a mission, it will make a huge difference in your life, and it will make a huge difference in the world. Because on a mission, you not only teach others the truth, you learn more of the truth yourself.

“I can honestly say that I learned more eternal gospel principles on my mission than any other single place.

“Go on a mission. Prepare.”
