What’s Up?
5 Group Snow-Date Ideas
-
Snow painting. Fill up spray bottles with water tinted by food coloring, and use a snowbank as your canvas.
-
A snow-sculpting contest, way beyond snowmen. (Think gigantic spiders or life-size superheroes.)
-
Build a snow castle, sandcastle-style. Use pots, cups, and buckets for molds.
-
Go bowling. Pack down a stretch of snow as an alley, and then use a basketball and empty two-liter bottles for pins.
-
Hold a blindfolded snowball/dodgeball contest. Once you’re hit, you’re out.
Mutual Theme Sudoku: Doctrine and Covenants 87:8
The objective of a regular Sudoku is to fill the 9×9 grid so that each column, each row, and each of the nine 3×3 boxes (also called blocks or regions) contains the digits from 1 to 9 only one time. For this puzzle, instead of numbers, use the scripture reference and the eight words in bold to complete the puzzle.
Wherefore, stand ye in holy places, and be not moved, until the day of the Lord come; for behold, it cometh quickly, saith the Lord. Amen.
