Your ancestors used to watch loved ones leave home and not see or hear from them for weeks—sometimes months! Their main tool for communication was to write letters back and forth.
Just for fun, why not try writing some letters to family members or friends you don’t see very often? You could decorate your own stationery and maybe even try draw some pictures to send along with it! The cool thing about letters is that they are unique, personal, and can be read over and over again.
