Help your family remember the reason for Easter!

Easter, first and foremost, is about remembering the Atonement of Jesus Christ. Family traditions—like egg hunts—can be Christ-centered and fun!

Here are some ideas:

  1. Have a family movie night with your favorite treats and watch some of the Easter videos the Church has made.
  2. Have a Jesus-themed art night. Draw a scene from the life of the Savior, or something else that makes you feel close to Him. We’d love to see your finished work at youth@ChurchofJesusChrist.org!
  3. Write scripture references about Easter on small pieces of paper. (Scroll down for a list of some you could use.) Put each paper in a plastic Easter egg, hide them, and have an egg hunt! Read them together when the eggs are found.

This year Easter is March 31, and we can feel extra close to the Savior as we use the upcoming weeks to focus on Him. He loves you so much!
