Irish Dessert

Lime sherbet or lime jello with decorated cupcakes can make an attractive and delicious dessert. Cover cupcakes with white frosting.

A special painting solution can be made by combining 1 egg yolk, 1/4 teaspoon water, a few drops of peppermint flavoring, and green food coloring. Paint a shamrock on each frosted cupcake. Be sure your brush is clean and keep the design simple.
