Spot the Ring
You will need several yards of string and a washer or other small ring. Push end of string through ring and tie string ends together. To play game, everyone except the guesser sits in a circle and holds on to the string with both hands. The guesser stands in the middle. When the guesser says, “Go!”other players slide their hands along string, moving, or pretending to move, ring from person to person around circle. At the call, “Stop!” guesser tries to name person who has ring. If guesser is right, player holding ring exchanges places with guesser. If guesser can’t find ring after two guesses, he is out of game and player choose another guesser. Play stops when only two people are left to hold on to string.
