Holiday Ice-Cream Cups
4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
4 tablespoons chopped red maraschino cherries
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate hard-shell candies (or other chocolate candy)
extra chocolate candy, chopped

Combine the softened ice cream, cherries, and vanilla in a bowl.

Mix in the 1/2 cup of candies.

Line a muffin tin with paper muffin cups. Put 1/2 cup of the ice-cream mixture into each muffin cup.

Freeze for at least thirty minutes. Sprinkle with the chopped candy before serving.
