Jézus sokféle neve

Számos próféta tanított Jézus Krisztusról. Azt mondták, azért fog megszületni, hogy megmutassa nekünk, hogyan éljünk. Sokféle nevet használtak, amikor Őróla tanítottak.

Néha a szentírásokban Jézust Immánuelnek nevezik. Ez a név azt jelenti, hogy „velünk az Isten”.

Jézus másik neve a Békesség Fejedelme. Amikor félünk vagy mérgesek vagyunk, Ő segíthet békességet éreznünk a Szentlélek által.

Jézust Messiásnak is nevezik. A Messiás azt jelenti, hogy „a Felkent”. Jézus meghalt értünk, hogy újra Istennel élhessünk.
