Heavenly Father loves you and wants every part of you to be healthy. That includes your body, spirit, and mind! Try these things to keep yourself healthy. What are some other ideas?
Physical

Eat nutritious food and get enough sleep.

Spiritual

Read the scriptures and pray every day.

Listen to Primary songs or other uplifting music.
