The Story of Christmas
Long ago, an angel appeared to a young woman named Mary.
The angel told her that she would have a baby named Jesus and that He would be the Savior of the world.
Before Mary gave birth, she and her husband, Joseph, traveled to Bethlehem.
When they arrived, there was no room for them in the inn.
A new star appeared in the sky that night.
When Jesus was born, Mary laid Him in a manger.
She wrapped Him in cloth to keep Him warm and safe.
An angel visited shepherds and told them the joyful news. The Savior had come!
The shepherds hurried to the stable and found baby Jesus lying in a manger.
The shepherds were so happy! They went and told others that Jesus Christ had been born.
We can share the good news of Jesus’s birth too—at Christmastime and always!
