Praying in English

Start each group meeting with a prayer in English. Praying invites the Spirit. Some learners may not know why we pray or how to pray. To learn how to teach others about prayer, see “Prayer” in the “Principles of Learning Glossary” in the EnglishConnect learner manuals and “How to Pray.”

You can use the following vocabulary and patterns to help learners start praying in English.
