This week we’ll be talking about trust!
The 2022 youth theme is “Trust in the Lord” (Proverbs 3:5–6). So we asked members of the Young Women and Young Men General Presidencies how they trust Him. We’ll share an answer each day this week.
We’re kicking off the series with a story from President Bonnie H. Cordon, the Young Women General President. Have you ever felt prompted to do something but the timing seemed weird? That’s what happened to her!
President Cordon was called to serve a mission early—before high school ended.
“To me, the timing did not make sense, but I received a strong spiritual confirmation to trust in the Lord,” she said. “I did, and things worked out beautifully.”
The Lord’s timing doesn’t always match what we expect. But if we trust Him, things will work out!
